Our HOA property manager is criminally charged with throwing my 5 yr olds off the 4 th story deck. The products are 1+ years old. My sons were the only things that were vandalized. All the rest was left to itself. The video taken by our security camera was provided to HOA board which we have had 3+ yr. Suddenly We became targets, I received what I thought to be a valid RO signed and served by a judge on 3-13, and on 4-4 a Judge vacated the order because of a clerical error on the part of the courts clerk, The error was explained to both side involved but the board hired a lawyer who sent me cease and desist letter with a lot of fake statements and accusation of felony ect. taunting harassing. We have also had their lawyers bill. We had been fined by HOA w/o board in accordance. They had cert. letters dispatched to our condo address but would not permit us to see box they sent letter to. we are being picked on and imposing fines on things permitted over the years. they are the only ones getting fined when several units are not complying. their enforcement is haphazard and inconsistent.

Will I be able to obtain one in San Diego, CA, or will I have to obtain it in another state?
