About Andrew Nathan Becker
Mr. Becker was the President of the Kitsap County Bar Association in 1998. He is an Eagle member of WSTLA (now called WSAJ) the Washington Trial Lawyers? organization. He twice chaired the WSTLA Kitsap Roundtable and was twice chosen by Washington Law and Politics as a Super Lawyer. In 2009 and 2010 Mr. Becker was voted ?Best Attorney? of South Kitsap by the readers of the Port Orchard Independent. He is frequently chosen to mediate personal injury claims and was an inaugural member of the Kitsap County Superior Court?s Mediation Panel. He is also a Federal Court 39.1 mediator. He is frequently selected to arbitrate MAR and UIM matters. He has also served as a judge pro tempore in the local district and municipal courts for many years. Mr. Becker?s has represented hundreds of individuals injured in car collisions. He also has experience defending cases and understands how insurance compaines work. He is also known for his work on behalf of the plaintiffs in Trask v. Kitsap County a case on behalf of a disabled inmate in the Kitsap County Jail that resulted in a multi- million dollar settlement against Kitsap County and Kim K. and Gabrielle H. v. Harper and Church of South Colby that resulted in the forfeiture of church property in a case involving significant child sexual abuse.
