Hello: I have represented my neighbors in Auburn Enumclaw Kent Covington Maple Valley and Black Diamond for the past thirty-five years. At Rainier Legal Center we take pride in spending as much time with our clients as is needed to become familiar with the legal issues they want to discuss or resolve. ======= I particularly like working in the areas of Real Estate Wills and Estate Planning Business Law and Entity Formation (Corporations Limited Liability Companies and Partnerships). The number of Corporations I currently serve exceed eighty. At Rainier Legal Center we have assisted buyers and sellers in over twenty millions of dollars of property transfer transactions between 1978 and 2015. Yes over $20000000 of property transferred from Sellers to Purchsers! We also offer ss1044 Tax Deferred Real Estate Exchange services through our affiliated firm Rainir Legal Exchange Inc. ======= Between 1991 and 2007 I was a Founder Board Member Corporate Counsel and VIce Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mt. Rainier National Bank which grew from one branch in Enumclaw to five additional branch locations in Buckley Black Diamond Sumner Federal Way Maple Valley. ====== I have six children one of whom is a commercial litigator in Manhattan and Brooklyn New York another holds a Master of Landscape Architecture Degree from the University of Greenwich England. All six children are graduates from Universities including Washington State University Western Washington University and Arizona State University. I am a long-time member of St. Barbara Church in Black Diamond a member of the Enumclaw Lions Club and the K's of C'bus
