Russell C. Love is of counsel with Betts Patterson & Mines where his practice focuses principally on insurance coverage and appellate matters. Prior to joining BPM Russell was a Shareholder at Thorsrud Cane & Paulich. He frequently advises insurers on coverage issues involving pollution claims construction defect claims and fidelity coverage claims. Russell has argued numerous appeals both on behalf of defendants and as amicus on behalf of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.
