California. Personal injury case. I have a claim in CA - would like to know how Emergency Rule 9 impacts my statute of limitations?
In that way the insurance company has been exceedingly slow in responding to me and the 2 year anniversary of the event which happened when I was injured is some 2 weeks away. I have the feeling that they are running time out and not fairly getting back to me. Accordingly, the text of the covid-19 emergency rule 9 appears to me to indicate that I can safely declare that I am entitled to an extension of my statute of limitations date (which would be 4/6/2021) by 178 days. Do you agree and do you agree with my interpretation of the emergency rule 9 of court?
