I have received an unsecured debt suit but the contract signed was that any arbitration should occur in anther state I don’t reside in anymore.The bank I took the loan from merged into another bank.
In my answer to the suit better asking to honor the arbitration clause in contract?<br /> Or do the motion to compel arbitration? What is the best defense?
