I have a loan with SBA EIDL and my business was closed 2 years ago.
I got into an accident, and have a $40k SBA EIDL loan, I have been living on credit cards a few months? My business is more than 2 years old and not availed any assets. How can this loan be gotten out of without defaulting or going into bankruptcy?
