I procured approximately one and a half gram of Marijuana along with a mason jar and cardboard tube used for dryer sheets, that’s why charge was filed for possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. I never had any arrests before, this is the first time I’m violating the law. I know that there is such a thing as conditional discharge but I am yet to be convicted so I am not sure if this is good for me. At first, when I went to the massage parlor, I only wanted to get a massage and to relax, but then things changed and I got more than what I had bargained for. Subconsciously, I decided to use my credit card for the payment of the service offered.
