Arizona Debt Settlement Questions & Answers

I received a summons of a credit card debt that I acquired through an abusive ex of mine. In March, I managed to receive a protective order on his part, but I returned in January. On departure, I drove to my parent house, 2 hours south of that. The summons that I received indicates in the complaints that I am a resident of the county where I was living with my ex and that the complaint will be dealt with by the same county court system. That is not the case. I have spent 6 months in a new county.<br /> Is this a reason to fire me, or at most, a means of buying me more time to sort it out?<br /> Thanks!
