I am unable to make the monthly payments on my chapter 13 and it has been one year. Is it possible to discontinue and then resume paying the debtors.<br /> When I filed I rented out my home and had additional revenue now I am back to my house and my income is reduced by half. I do not have money to eat or even visit the doctor or emergency. May the debtors steal my house?
