Is it legal for insurance company such as Asurion home plus to disapprove loss or theft as an excuse for the kind of insurance they offer?
Asurion home + was costing me approximately $30. They do not include loss or theft but will take care of just about everything else that is wrong with your tech device. Especially, it was clearly stated that they do not cover loss or theft at all. Can I possibly have a bad faith claim? It wasn’t so long ago that when I registered here, it said they did. That is why I paid for their service in the first place, to receive a service that would cater to my needs. Is it lawful for an insurance company like that not to pay for the loss or theft?
