Can my sister sign my mother's name on a title and give it to herself when there was a coborrower on the title loan agreement with a bank,?
I was buying a car in 2019 and I had to have my mother sign with me and we were cobuyers on the automobile loan agreement even though I was the one who was buying the car and making the payments and it was coming out of my account every month $303.06 until I loaned the car to my mother who wasn't able to drive because she had dementia and she couldn't barely walk and she lived with my sister who was the one who took care of my mom and I wanted to help them with being able to get my mother to the doctors appointment and other things and I had a witness when I told her that I wasn't giving her the car and I will make the payments and she said no that if they were using the car she would make the payments and they never tried to get another car and when the car was paid in full and the title was mailed to her and my mother house and my mother was in the hospital my sister illegally signed the title and put it in her name illegally and my sister hasn't paid anything on the car and she wasn't on the loan agreement with the bank and I have all of the paperwork that proves I was buying the car and making payments
