What does it mean when a respondent wishes to waive posting of any bond in a divorce?
The respondent (my ex-spouse) stated in her counter-petition to my divorce that the court should “Waive posting of any bond” I never knew what it meant literally and even when I tried to Google it, it was not well explained to me.

Will verbal agreement on spousal support stand in court?
Must my ex pay it if we verbally agreed on spousal support but it was not put in as part of the final judgment? He is saying that he is not legally obligated to pay it because we never signed anything and that Texas does not recognize verbal contracts in family law.

I want to know how to make my ex wife who was divorced over 10 yrs ago stop dragging me to court over and over again.
My ex wife and I got our divorce 12 years ago through a trial. she has also attempted to sue me in the civil court recently two times to force me to pay her more alimony. I still have to pay attorney fees associated with it. Is there anything I can do to make her stop doing that? It’s making my life a misery and I can’t live a normal life. Since this divorce was completed over 10 yrs ago, there has got to be something that I can do? Need advice
