Leaving the state with a child? No custody determined and no parentage recognition signed. Hardly ever hear from other parents.
I hurt myself at work. Presented in an ER with a herniated disc of the neck. Come out of work and have seen a specialist. I visited my pain management doctor and they agreed that I had a herniated disc and I could not work. Said to work and they wanted me to go to their doctor. Their physician informed me I was lying and it was a pre existing injury. N attempted to get me back to work. I denied and returned to my first doctor and she put me out once again. Meanwhile it was the holiday n on which no one was present to answer questions.<br />

After 3 weeks I hired an attorney to defend me. (I was on far too many meds) not sure I did the right thing. Went to work with a new note and my boss said work was accepting the claim. So is a lawyer needed? How does that work? I was making a signature of something they get 20 percent but 20 percent of what? My weekly wages?

What can I do in Florida to petition a divorce?
I have been married for 3 years. My husband went away in January, this year. I am ready to divorce now. No children or property. He has bought a house in our marriage. But I have nothing to say against it.

Can an adult be adopted without the consent of the biological parents?
For nearly ten years now, I have had no contact with my biological parents since reaching adulthood. During this time, I grew up with another family who has provided support and love, and we’ve been considering the possibility of them legally adopting me. One pressing question looms over this potential transition: do we need to formally notify or obtain consent from my biological parents in order to move forward with the adoption process? I find myself anxious about this, as I anticipate that engaging them could lead to a complex and emotionally challenging situation, given our history.
