My situation is unique. I want to discuss how the fatal accident unfolded when my sons stayed with their father one weekend while I was hospitalized four days after giving birth to my fourth son. During that time their father had an accident which killed my oldest child who was four years old along with my middle child who was two years old while the youngest son and dad survived along with his girlfriend. The authorities at CPI learned of the situation while I received information that I was the non abusing parent. After a two-month period following the fatal wreck prosecutors submitted a false petition to remove my newborn and surviving son from my custody. My reunification took place after fighting with the authorities for ten months. The Department of Children and Families continues to initiate new allegations about me every month since closing the case in December 2023. I’m at a loss mentally. I just want to be left alone. The evidence I present proves each claim incorrect which results in new cases being filed immediately. I need help. I require guidance about how to proceed in this matter. It’s beyond harassment. I am just 15 and I eloped from home last Friday. It was hell living in that environment, and I could not continue living like that and go through that misery every single day. My friends are saying I should apply for emancipation but my parents aren’t willing to sign for it. I went through emotional and physical abuse all my life and I think I can’t take it any longer. I really need help plz. What can I do?

I'm feeling so lost right now because my case is all over the place. When my three kids went to their father’s house to spend the weekend with him as I was admitted in the hospital to give birth to my fourth child, the father was involved in an accident. My first two children died, but my third child and that child’s father are alive. DCF stepped in and after some time I was considered not at blame. However, two months later, all the three children in my custody and my newborn and surviving child were taken away on the basis of some false claims. It took and enormous fight to regain my children and my case was finalised last year. However, DCF still remains active as it previously resurfaced with new claims every month. I am so annoyed right now I feel like Im constantly countering these fallacies with arguments that should be obvious. What can I do to stop this constant harassment?
