Do I have a case? Morgan and Morgan replied that I do, but not medical malpractice and that I should reach Lawyergist.
I fractured my back in 3 spots definite to a car crash with no one in it except me and a deer, and enormous rocks. The matter with my case is that the hospital that I was taken to forwards their imaging and X-rays to a separate company, and they interpret the results and call the emergency room doctor with the findings. The physician arrived and informed me that I had a fracture (L4 facet) and discharged me with a lot of pain that was excruciating. 2 months after the accident, I learned that I had a compression fracture between T11 and T12 and probably T10 through another MRI. Another MRI was necessary to ensure that by the time my neurosurgeon would be able to get my MRI approved and I returned, there were no more breaks. He replied that I will always experience pai,n and the most they could do was report to my regular physician and the pain clinic that I will be on medication forever. And so have I a case against the outsourcing company that had the ct scans or the hospital that sent me home?
