My goal is to establish a party rental business that operates in California. Do I need a sellers permit?
I have created custom party rental backdrops and intend to provide these products for lease to customers. The company will provide photo booths along with renting chairs to customers. I remain uncertain about whether this arrangement falls under the type of "leasing tangible personal products".
