Pro Se litigation of a retaliation case in the workplace.
There is evidence, very strong I have, of workplace retaliation but no lawyer is going to assume the case just because I was not fired. It would seem that the case has merit but because it will not earn an attorney a 3-month retainer in back wages, they are not interested in the case.<br />
I have been thinking about suing my former employer and defending myself. What was your estimation of the success of this?

Representing myself Pro Se in a workplace retaliation case.
I have some very strong evidence of workplace retaliation but no attorney will take the case solely because I was not "terminated." It would appear that the evidence is strong but since an attorney will not make $1,000,000 off the case for back wages, they do not want to take it.<br />
I am considering filing suit against my former employer and representing myself. How successful do you think this could be ?
