Hey, how are you I am currently in a need of a family lawyer since the feud with my wife is still ongoing. My wife and I have been married for 17 years, we moved in together recently based on her request and while I was at work, she filed a restraining order and changed the locks to lock me out of the house—This is the second time she cheated on me by sleeping with another man we both know in our house.<br /> I said that I would not accept her back this time and since then she appears to go out of her way to make things hard for me. Her threats include text messages where she had contacted another man asking him to harm me. Even though he didn’t follow through, I feel unsafe around her and do not believe she would hesitate to hurt me again.<br /> The situation here is quite serious and i am willing to proceed with the filing of a divorce and would like to know more on the next steps i can take.
